superior hotel, exceptionally kind staff, free wi-fi. brand-new room with all necessities. central heating, television, and a refrigerator were nice. the venue of choice in naples.

Bad smell in the room.

I booked a brand-new and new-fashioned room overlooking city. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and I had a private bathroom. The location was favourable and perfect, so close to the centre of the city, and public transport, in a quiet area. Everything here was perfect, I will come back.

Its location was GOOD, right by the port and restaurants and restaurants. Naples Historic Center district was worth visiting.

The bathroom was tiny, I didn't like it.

amazing communication with staff through WhatsApp, always there to support and quick to respond. Location couldn't be better, close to Garibaldi station and cafes/restaurants. Clean property with comfortable rooms and real Italian espresso available.

Virtual keys were a hassle to unlock, took several attempts each time.

The staff seemed professional and helpful. Our room was brand-new and new-fashioned with a double bed, just what was needed. Had hair dryers, a bidet, and bath sheets in the bathroom. This location was decent, close to the city centre, public transport, and Napoli.

First, let me start by saying that the location was spot on! Right in the heart of everything, with shops and restaurants just a stone's throw away. It made exploring the city a breeze. Second, the cleanliness of the property was impressive. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. Lastly, the self-check-in process was convenient. Although a bit tricky at first, once we got the hang of it, it was smooth sailing. Wi-Fi was reliable too!

Now, onto the not-so-great aspects. the room itself was a disappointment.
